Refund & Cancellation

No payment is collected on this website. Booking a call is free and you can cancel it at any time by replying "STOP" on WhatsApp.

If you later choose our paid service, the refund and cancellation terms for that service are sent to you in writing before you pay. They will include at least the following:

• If no challan on your vehicle can be taken up, any amount you paid us is refunded in full.
• If you cancel before we file or book anything for you, your payment is refunded in full.
• Amounts already paid to a court or authority on your behalf are not refundable by us, because they belong to the court or authority.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.
